(1) Plate inlet shunt area: plate inlet shunt area is designed with a flow line guide groove, which has the effect of narrowing the flow resistance difference on the different flow channels, so that the fluid is evenly distributed in the plate heat exchange area, thereby avoiding the thermal efficiency decline, pitting corrosion and scaling caused by the uneven flow distribution and flow dead Angle. In addition, a pressure equalizing groove along the equipotential line is added to the larger plate to form a mesh-like inlet distribution area with nearly perfect flow equalizing effect.

(2) The dovetail groove shaped plate is suspended on the guide rod so that the base can slide freely along the upper guide rod. Positioning enables accurate positioning of the board. The newly designed dovetail groove flanges allow the plates to automatically lock with each other when clamped, ensuring accurate alignment of all plates in any installation condition.

(3) The sealing gasket has introduced the world's advanced production process and is made of raw materials provided by Japan JSR Co., LTD., with good pressure, temperature resistance and long service life. The special design of the network section can greatly enhance the sealing. The sealing groove has a continuous distribution of sides on both sides. One side is a straight edge, and the other side is an irregular fluid-shaped side, so that the sealing gasket is fixed on the plate more firmly and is not easy to slip out of the sealing groove due to pressure fluctuations and other reasons.
