Since July 1, 2014, the existing coal-fired units have been implemented, and the sulfur dioxide emission limit is 200mg/Nm3, nitrogen oxide emission limit is 100mg/Nm3, and soot emission limit is 30mg/Nm3.

The industry pointed out that although the dust removal equipment has been widely used in Shanxi electric power, water conservancy, steel, chemical and other industries, but the problem of old equipment still exists in large numbers, emissions do not meet the national requirements of the emission standards, and the theft of disorderly discharge repeatedly prohibited. After the implementation of the new standard, the original environmental protection facilities of domestic coal-fired boilers will basically be upgraded and transformed, and the implementation of the new standard will drive the development of relevant environmental protection technologies and industrial markets. In order to reduce air pollution and protect the atmospheric environment, the Shanxi government attaches more and more importance to environmental protection, the investment in environmental protection is rising, and the proportion of environmental protection investment in GDP is also increasing. As the most important equipment manufacturing product for controlling air pollution, dust removal equipment has maintained an average annual growth rate of more than 30%, and the utilization prospect is broad.

First, dust removal equipment market demand is strong

According to the 12th Five-Year Plan for Joint Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in Key Regions, emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and industrial smoke and dust in key regions should be significantly reduced; prevention and control of volatile organic matter pollution should be carried out in an all-round way; ambient air quality should be significantly improved; photochemical smog, gray haze, and acid rain pollution should be reduced. The proportion of cities with average annual concentrations of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, and inhalable particulate matter meeting or better than second-level national standards has increased by 10 percentage points; fine particulate matter and ozone pollution has been brought under initial control; a regional joint prevention and control mechanism for air pollution has been established; and a system of regulations, standards, and policies for regional air environmental management has been put in place.

In key regions, we have strengthened trials to control total coal consumption. Beijing's total coal consumption should be limited to 20 million tons; Shanghai and the Pearl River Delta should achieve zero growth in total coal consumption; Jiangsu, Zhejiang and the Shandong Peninsula should keep the growth of total coal consumption within 10 percent; Tianjin and Hebei Province should keep the growth of coal consumption within 15 percent. The improvement of emission standards provides a broad space for the expansion of market demand for dust removal equipment.
Second, the government's multi-faceted policy support

The energy conservation and emission reduction guidelines issued by The State Council clearly point out that the total emission of major pollutants in the power, steel, paper and printing and dyeing industries shall be controlled. The sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions of electric power and steel accounted for more than 60% of industrial emissions, and the chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen of paper and printing and dyeing accounted for about 40% of industrial emissions, and the total amount of the four industries was controlled.

At the same time, the plan also stipulates that key industries such as petroleum and petrochemical, non-ferrous metals, and building materials shall implement desulfurization transformation, and those that do not meet emission standards shall be transformed. The steel industry is fully implemented sintering machine flue gas desulfurization, new sintering machine equipped with desulfurization and denitrification facilities. At present, there are about 1,200 sintering machines in the country, which are eliminated under 90 square meters according to the industrial policy, and 503 units above 90 square meters are all desulfurization facilities.

In addition, the Shanxi government has also strengthened policy support in finance, taxation and finance, which has provided more investment opportunities for Shanxi dust removal equipment manufacturing industry. It is expected that with the rapid development of Shanxi dust removal equipment manufacturing industry in the future, the industry scale is expected to exceed 100 million yuan, becoming an important direction of investment in the field of environmental protection.
