The national standard GB 18145-2014 "Ceramic disc sealed water nozzle" stipulates that the water nozzle products should reach the level 9 standard after 24 hours of acid salt spray test (the old standard is 10). The reason for not meeting the national standards is that there is no plating according to the standard process requirements, and some in order to reduce the processing cost and shorten the plating time, the plating layer is less plated, the plating layer is too thin.

6. Main problem of valve.

Valve body wall thickness is not qualified. The valve body wall thickness required by the standard is 1.8mm~1.9mm, and the actual thickness of the unqualified sample valve body is between 1.26mm~1.66mm. The bearing capacity and stiffness of the valve will decrease, which will easily cause the valve shell to crack and cause hidden dangers to the safety of the user. The reasons that do not meet the national standards, one is not familiar with the standards; Second, the enterprise valve casting production technology and processing technology is not mature; Third, some samples because the valve body casting mold according to the old standard production (GB/T 8644-1998 "water heating internal thread connection valve"), valve standard updated (GB/T 8644-2008 "iron and copper thread connection valve"), the valve body wall thickness than the old standard has increased, resulting in the valve body wall thickness does not meet the requirements of the new standard; In addition, using the mold made according to the new standard for casting, due to the floating of the internal mold during casting, resulting in biased casting of the valve body, resulting in uneven wall thickness on both sides of the valve body, and the thin wall thickness is lower than the standard requirements.

Valve stem diameter is not qualified. In the sample of this random check, the diameter of the valve stem required by the standard is 7.5mm, and the diameter of the valve stem of the unqualified sample is between 6.9mm and 7.3mm. The valve stem is an important part of the valve opening and closing transmission mechanism, and the diameter of the valve stem refers to the diameter of the matching section with the packing. If it is not qualified, it will cause the opening and closing operation to be out of control or the valve stem to break, affecting the use of the product.
