New health declaration card for immigration personnel

The fourth version of the health declaration card adds the occupation, port of entry and exit, the specific address of the passengers within the next 14 days, and the use of cold medicine and fever medicine in the past 72 hours, which helps the customs to timely understand their health conditions and ensure that the flow of information of inbound passengers can be traced. Entry and exit passengers must fill in the health declaration card truthfully. If there is any concealment or false filling, which causes the spread of the epidemic, they will be investigated for relevant responsibilities according to law.

It is understood that entry and exit personnel can truthfully fill in the health declaration card through the Customs wechat mini program, and must present the electronic declaration bar code information or the completed paper version of the "People's Republic of China Exit/Entry Health Declaration Card" to the Customs for verification, and cooperate with the temperature monitoring, medical inspection, medical investigation and other health quarantine work. The customs officer will release the goods after verification.
