The corrugated heat transfer plate is herringbone, and the adjacent plate has a herringbone groove in the opposite direction. The crossing points of the groove support each other to form a contact point, and turbulence is formed when the medium flows, so as to obtain high heat transfer efficiency.

Plate heat exchanger design pressure is not greater than 2.5MPa, the design temperature is not more than 250° C. When the temperature is 150°C - 250°C, it is necessary to add a high temperature regulator to make a "high temperature heat exchange device".
