The third generation E series heat exchange products jointly developed by Juyuan have been fully recognized by customers in the electric power, steel, petrochemical, coking, shipbuilding, alumina, ice storage, chemical fiber and other industries. Among them, the application of E62 and E170 in Lingao Nuclear Power Plant has broken the long-term monopoly situation of a few international enterprises. In 2005, Juyuan Enterprise and Germany Hanyang company jointly set up a joint venture THT, and imported automatic production lines and CNC equipment, using the international advanced HTRI, PROII, ASPEN and other design software, can optimize the heat transfer calculation and fluid dynamics calculation. THT has 18 national patents in China, 56 different corrugated forms and specifications of the plate, from the product series, processing level to manufacturing capacity to the international first-class level. THT has a "provincial enterprise technology center" in the heat exchanger industry in Jilin Province, and is recognized by the Jilin Provincial government as "Jilin Provincial Heat exchange equipment Technical guidance Service Center", with physical and chemical laboratories, thermal laboratories and welding laboratories and other perfect experimental facilities. In 2007, well-known venture capital investor Bikwhide Investment Management Co., Ltd. and THT jointly invested in the construction of China's heat exchanger production base: THT-BAK Heat exchanger Industrial Park. The park covers an area of 400,000 square meters, with a total investment of 960 million yuan. In 2008, the planned output value will reach 500 million yuan. By 2012, the sales revenue will reach 2 billion yuan. And plans to establish a national heat transfer technology research and development center and testing center.
