In order to implement the opinions of Changchun Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on accelerating the comprehensive revitalization and development of Changchun Old Industrial Base and focus on building advanced equipment manufacturing industry, the 12th China Changchun International Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo 2019 is planned to be held from March 25 to 27, 2019. To play a platform and promote the role of our city in striving to create a "Made in China 2025" national demonstration zone and a national new industrialization demonstration base.

As a pilot demonstration city of "Made in China 2025", Changchun will fully implement the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing", adhere to the basic policy of "innovation-driven, quality-first, green development, structural optimization and talent-based", and focus on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and improving quality and efficiency. We will strive to carry out pilot demonstrations in eight aspects: promoting industry-university-research collaborative innovation, carrying out industrial foundation projects, promoting the integration of manufacturing and the Internet, promoting the integration of manufacturing and intelligent technology, implementing comprehensive supporting reforms of the private economy, strengthening the construction of talent support system, promoting international cooperation, and developing green manufacturing demonstration. Promote the transformation of Changchun industry to innovation, cluster, high-end, brand, open and green development, and strive to become the Northeast industrial transformation and upgrading and innovation development pilot zone, the innovation center of open cooperation in Northeast Asia, and the strong equipment manufacturing city with international and domestic competitiveness.
