In recent years, African countries have actively responded to China's "Belt and Road" initiative, and the Republic of Kenya, as an "important fulcrum" of the Belt and Road strategy in Africa, has been maintaining friendly exchanges with China, relying on the Jilin manufacturing cross-border e-commerce platform, the initial intention of the Republic of Kenya to tender and purchase incubation equipment.
