And in August of the same year with Changsha Manji dessert Co., Ltd. signed a franchise contract, authorized to be the general agent of Hunan Province. In October 2006, Changsha Manji Dessert Co., Ltd. opened a central food processing plant with an area of more than 600 square meters, and opened Changsha Hongming Store and Jiefang West Road store and Dongpai Lou store within two months. In addition to operating its existing main store in Sai Kung District, Hong Kong, the Group has strategically set up chain dessert stores in various commercial tourist areas and trendy shopping malls in Hong Kong. As of September 2009, the Group had opened a total of 19 self-operated "Man Kee Dessert" stores in Hong Kong, covering Hong Kong, Kowloon, the New Territories and outlying islands.

The Group is also actively seeking to expand overseas market development opportunities at home and in Southeast Asia.
