According to China's customs statistics, in February, China's imports of meat and products were 1.682 billion US dollars, down 24.28% year-on-year; Imports were 466,500 tons, down 22.33 percent year on year.

In the first two months, China's cumulative imports of meat and products were 3.927 billion US dollars, down 18.29% year on year; Imports were 1.0797 million tons, down 15.40 percent year on year.

In terms of the market, in the first two months, the top ten countries/regions in China's meat and product imports were Brazil, Argentina, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Uruguay, Spain, Bolivia, the Netherlands, and Thailand, accounting for 90.73% of China's imports of this product.

In the first two months, Brazil was the most important market for China's meat and product imports, with imports of 1.421 billion US dollars, down 8.16% year-on-year. In February, imports were $593 million, down 16.90% from a year earlier.
