Shanghai Fengke Biotechnology Co., LTD., the vice chairman unit of Edible Fungi Branch of China Chamber of Commerce for Food, Soil and Animal Import and Export, held a press conference on "Opening the global layout of rare edible fungi Smart Factory" in Shanghai on July 1.

The event was hosted by the Edible Fungi Branch, and more than ten domestic and foreign industry experts were invited to make speeches at the conference. At the signing ceremony, Singapore Fengke, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Fengke, and Huayan Food Group of the United States (Asian food head operator in the United States) jointly announced that they will build a rare edible fungus smart factory in Houston, United States.

Cao Derong, President of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Food, Soil and Livestock, attended the press conference and delivered a speech, saying that the establishment of Shanghai Fengke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in Houston is one of the important milestones in the development of China's edible fungi industry. Small mushrooms can also show the world the level of Chinese manufacturing and brand strength, and promote the popularity of Chinese edible mushroom food culture in the world. It marks the transformation of China's edible fungus industry from a big production country to a strong production country, and opens a new stage for Chinese edible fungus enterprises to "go out", enter the international market and carry out a global layout.
