In addition, affiliated professionals participate in an annual evolution control program, providing ways to better prepare the team to serve customers with maximum efficiency.

We periodically monitor the evolution of our partners, offering basic, intermediate, and advanced level training. This way, knowledge is gradually passed on, allowing information to be properly absorbed and practiced.

All LiuGong partners participate in this training program, which includes frequent training sessions, subjected to evaluation questions to understand if they are fit to perform their function.
