getOrders legacyOrderId is now suddenly the same value as orderId

Hi, overnight the getOrders legacyOrderId is now suddenly the same value as orderId. It used to be transactionID-itemID.I do not see anything published about this occurring and struggle to understand why it would be changed.What is going on?
