At the start of the race, the athlete will place one side of the steel blade in the ice groove, and the signal light will be on within 30 seconds to complete the starting action. With one hand, after running to accelerate, quickly jump the car and slide in a prone position. Athletes are allowed to drop their snowmobiles in the middle of the race, but they must be on the snowmobiles when they cross the finish line to complete the race. The Beijing Winter Olympic Games is held in four rounds, and the results of the four rounds are added to arrange the ranking
