2021 National Internet Laws and Regulations Knowledge Cloud Competition
The "2021 National Internet Laws and Regulations Knowledge Cloud Competition" lasted for one month and was launched for Internet enterprise practitioners and netizens, with a wide coverage and strong targeting.
The content of the Cloud contest covers Internet laws and regulations such as the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Protection of Personal Information of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Management of Internet News and Information Services, and the Regulations on the ecological governance of Network information Content.

National Internet laws and regulations publicity platform
The wide dissemination of Internet law popularization information has enhanced the sense of participation, experience and gain of Internet enterprise practitioners and netizens, making Internet law popularization more grounded and more popular among netizens.

China Internet Development Foundation
The 30-issue "Law Popularization Micro Class" series is short-sighted, inviting experts and scholars from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Communication University of China, China Information Security Research Institute, China Electronic Technology Standardization Institute and other units to explain the laws and regulations in the Internet field, classic cases and other content. In the rule of law network Tiktok account first, Kuaishou, Baidu, wechat video number, Bilibili and other video platforms simultaneous promotion, as of the end of the activity, the "Law Popularization micro Class" short video has been played a total of 140 million times, the number of likes exceeded 1.1 million.

At 24:00 on December 22, 2021, as the last respondent submitted the answer, the month-long "2021 National Internet Laws and Regulations Knowledge Cloud Competition" came to an end. According to statistics, the cumulative number of registered participants in the cloud competition exceeded 1.26 million, and the total number of answers was 1.18 million, accounting for nearly 94%. During the launch of the daily random lottery, a total of 1,500 lucky netizens won.
Data show that the cloud competition participants are all over the country, from all walks of life. Within a month from the launch of the competition on November 23 to the end of December 22, more than 1,000 government departments, enterprises and institutions from 31 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps actively registered for the competition, setting off a wave of Internet law learning in the whole society, and forming a good social atmosphere of respecting, studying, abiding by and using the law. At the same time, the cloud contest also attracted the enthusiastic participation of netizens from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, further expanding the social influence of the event.
Cloud contest and Internet laws and regulations publicity activities have won unanimous praise from many netizens, we believe that the use of edutainment competition form, and the use of Internet users like the communication means, so that the law popularization activities more grounded, network gas, but also let more Internet users willing to participate. After the popularization and publicity of this cloud contest and Internet laws and regulations, the majority of netizens' awareness of the rule of law and legal literacy have been effectively improved, and they have said that they will contribute their own strength to creating a clean cyberspace and constructing a good network ecology
