In the women's division of the 2021 Short Track Speed Skating European Championships held in the northern Polish port city of Gdansk from 22 to 24 January 2021, Shulting won the women's 500m and 1500m gold MEDALS on the first final day on 23 January, with a time of 43.317 seconds and 2:24.446 seconds respectively. On the 24th, she won the women's 1000m crown, with a time of 1 minute 28.573 seconds, and finally, Shulting won the all-around title of the European Championship with a total of 102 points.
