Guan Chenchen was born in Shishou, Hubei Province in 2004. Guan Chenchen studied Latin dance at the age of 3 and taekwondo at the age of 4.
On November 10, 2010, Guan Chenchen was sent by his parents to study and train at Li Xiaoshuang Gymnastics School in Xiantao, Hubei Province.
In 2011, Guan Chenchen was selected to Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.
In 2012, Guan Chenchen settled down
