3. Tight construction period

Difficulties in the process of project construction:
1. Engineering organization is difficult
When the main structure is hoisted, the civil construction has not yet finished, and the on-site assembly is being carried out in a large area, so there is a phenomenon of multi-construction cross operation. In addition, the site is small, and the construction site layout, component transportation and large crane walking route are greatly restricted. At the same time, the structure of the project is complex, each lifting section is interrelated, must be assembled in a certain order, lifting, otherwise there will be a phenomenon of stagnation. Each construction party needs reasonable coordination and overall management, and the project organization is difficult.
2, the components turn over, lifting is difficult
In order to reduce the difficulty of assembly, the trusses in this project will use the lying method, and the main trusses will use the flat method (except the inner ring main trusses), so the work must be turned over after the assembly and before hoisting. Due to the large size and heavy weight of the member, it is difficult to set the lifting point and select the lifting lug when turning over, especially the turning over of the truss column, and the force of the lifting lug changes during the turning and lifting, so it is necessary to consider the three-way force. At the same time, stability in the process of turning over is more difficult to control. Because the section mouth of the truss column and the main truss are box section, there is a problem of multiple pipe joints in the section hoisting. For the box section, it is very difficult to ensure the accuracy of the multiple pipe joints. When lifting, it is necessary to adjust the Angle and orientation of the segmented members, and for the large and heavy members, the Angle adjustment is quite difficult, and the lifting is difficult.
3, the stability of high-altitude components is difficult

Reasonable lifting sequence (as far as possible end to end, separate lifting) and lateral stability measures (such as anchor, wind rope, etc.) must be adopted.
4, welding is difficult
In this project, there are both thin plate welding, and thick plate welding, both flat welding, vertical welding, and upward welding, both Welding of high strength steel There is also the welding of cast steel parts, and the welding workload is large. Thin plate welding deformation is large, thick plate welding deposition amount is large, temperature control and labor intensity requirements are high. The high altitude welding, winter and rainy season welding of weather-proof and low-temperature measures make the welding more difficult.
5, installation accuracy control is difficult
Due to the deformation of the structure itself due to its own weight and temperature changes during the construction process, and the support tire frame will also be deformed under the action of load, in addition, the structure is complex, are box-type section members, installation accuracy is affected by the site environment, temperature changes and other aspects, installation accuracy is extremely difficult to control, and construction is difficult. During construction, necessary measures must be taken to consider in advance how to adjust and eliminate the installation error, how to measure and monitor, so that the deformation is completed in a controlled state to ensure the overall shape and construction quality.
6, high quality requirements, construction is difficult
This project is not only about the appearance quality, such as the overall size, the appearance of the weld, but also the internal quality, such as the quality grade of the weld. Welding residual stress Elimination, etc., are quite high requirements, and the site construction conditions are poor. At the same time, for the large-span space structure, the temperature deformation and temperature stress are large, so the design determines the block closing and closing temperature, which is difficult to operate.
