The Xingyan section of the Beijing-Li Expressway, which is jointly funded by the Beijing Municipal Government, is 42.2 kilometers long and is designed as a two-way four-lane road, with the long-term two-way six-lane traffic conditions reserved. The Xingyan section of the Beijing-Li Expressway will be merged with the Yanchong section to form the Jingli Expressway, forming the third high-speed corridor in the northwest direction of Beijing. As an important part of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated road network pattern, the 2019 Expo,

The Beijing-Li Expressway (Beijing section) has all the road facilities in place, which will provide safe and fast traffic services for the Beijing Winter Olympics. Located to the west of Beijing-Tibet Expressway, Beijing Xingyan Expressway runs north-south. It is the main traffic artery of Beijing 2019 Expo, with a total length of 42.159km.
Xingyan Expressway starts from the West sixth ring Tucheng interchange in the south, and connects with Shangzhuang Road in the long run. The line crosses the Jingmi Diversion Canal in the northwest direction and intersects with Wennan Road after Sijiazhuang, Tingzizhuang and Ge villages. The line continues to follow the south side of Changliu Road to the west, turns to the south side of Beiliu Village to the northwest, enters the mountainous area from Baiyangcheng Village, routes along the east side of Baiyangchenggou mountain, and passes Shixia Village and Bangshuiyu Village to the east. After passing the ski resort, it heads north to cross the Beijing-Tibet Expressway and the Beijing-Bao Railway, and then connects with the Yangao Expressway on the east side of Badaling Airport.

Extend the high highway
(Yanqing-Chongli) with a total length of about 116 kilometers, it is a direct high-speed channel between the Yanqing 2022 Winter Olympic Games stadium and Chongli Zhangjiakou stadium. The Beijing section of the project is about 33 kilometers long, starting from the west side of Dafutuo Village in Yanqing District, connecting with Xingyan Expressway, and ending with Hebei section of Yangao Expressway at the city boundary.

The Hebei section of the railway is 113.684 km long, of which the main line is 81.552 km long, the extension line is 17.073 km long, and the Chicheng branch line is 15.059 km long, passing through Huailai, Chicheng and Chongli counties (districts) in Hebei Province. The Hebei section of Yangao Expressway is located in the mountainous area with a large proportion of Bridges and tunnels and the first spiral tunnel in the province.

Guishui River tunnel

The reporter saw at the construction site of the Guishui River tunnel that the south bank of the Guishui River has completed the river diversion and the tunnel is under construction. The working surface is more than 2,000 meters long and 90.5 meters wide. The executive deputy manager of the second contract section of Yangao Expressway (Beijing Section) project introduced that the river will be divided into two diversion construction, and the tunnel will form a landscape under the river after completion. "In addition to the tunnel can be seen at the tunnel entrance and exit, the middle part of the tunnel is all hidden under the river and garden, integrated with the natural landscape, from the height is still a pool of water, similar to the West Lake tunnel."
