Chapter I General provisions
Article 1 Chinese Squash Association, referred to as "China Squash Association", English name is "Chinese Squash Association", abbreviated as "CSA".
Article 2 China Squash Association is a national sports association with independent legal personality voluntarily formed by various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, sports associations of various industries, squash organizations affiliated to the People's Liberation Army, and other legal social organizations, clubs and other units, and is a non-profit social organization.

Chapter II Business scope
Article 6 The Chinese Squash Association shall, in accordance with the national sports guidelines, policies and relevant laws and regulations as well as the relevant provisions of the International Squash Federation, organize and coordinate the development of squash in the country in a unified manner, promote the popularization of mass activities and the improvement of the level of the sport, and promote the progress of squash in Asia and the world.
The scope of business of the Association is:
(a) to promote and popularize the sport of squash, organize the masses and young people to actively participate in the sport of squash, in order to improve physical fitness and improve the level of sports skills.
(2) According to the state sports administrative department and International sports organization Responsible for coordinating, organizing and holding international competitions, putting forward suggestions on international activities and related matters to relevant departments, and taking charge of full implementation after approval. Promote international exchanges and friendship with squash associations in various countries and regions.
(3) To be responsible for coordinating and organizing national squash competitions and training at all types and levels, strengthening the contacts and exchanges between associations and clubs, and enhancing the unity and friendship among squash players, coaches and workers.
(4) To formulate the management system and competition system for squash coaches and players, and report to you State General Administration of Sport After approval, it shall come into force.
(5) Coordinate and organize the training of squash coaches, referees and players. Develop a technical hierarchy system for squash players, coaches and referees. Responsible for athlete qualification review and processing.
(6) In accordance with the regulations of the State General Administration of Sport, the All-China Sports Federation and the Chinese Olympic Committee, select and recommend coaches and athletes of the national team, and be responsible for organizing training sessions and participation in squash competitions for the national team. (8) To coordinate and organize the scientific research of squash.

(10) Responsible for organizing squash venues to accept the special standardized management of national associations at all levels.
(11) Strengthen the development and management of the squash market, protect the property rights of the association's name, flag, emblem, markers, etc. according to law, and make reasonable use of them.
Chapter III Members
Article 7 The Chinese Squash Association accepts both group members and individual members. The member of each group member will naturally become an individual member of the China Squash Association.
Units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development of Chinese squash and the work of the association, upon the recommendation of the association and the approval of the Standing Committee, may be awarded the title of honorary member of the Chinese Squash Association.
Article 8 Members applying to join the Association must meet the following conditions:
(1) Support the constitution of the Association;
(2) Have the intention to join the association;
(3) It has certain influence in the field of squash in our country;
(4) Obey the organization and leadership of the Chinese Squash Association and conscientiously fulfill the obligations of members.
All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, sports associations of various industries, squash organizations affiliated to the People's Liberation Army, and other legal social organizations and clubs that meet the above conditions can apply to the Chinese Squash Association for membership.
Article 9 The procedures for group membership are as follows:
(1) Submit an application for membership;
(2) After discussion and adoption by the National Committee;
(3) to perform other relevant procedures;
(d) The organization membership card is issued by the body authorized by the Secretariat of the National Committee.
Article 10 Group members of China Squash Association shall enjoy the following rights:
(1) The right to vote, the right to be elected and the right to vote of the Chinese Squash Association;
(2) The right to participate in all national competitions organized by the Chinese Squash Association;
(3) The right to participate in training courses and other activities organized by the Chinese Squash Association;
(4) The right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of the Chinese Squash Association.
(5) Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free.
Article 11 Members of the Chinese Squash Association shall perform the following obligations:
(1) Actively promote squash, earnestly abide by the rules and regulations of the Association, and implement the resolutions of the Association;
(2) Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the Chinese Squash Association;
(3) Complete the work assigned by the Chinese Squash Association;
(4) to pay membership dues on time;
(5) Group members have the obligation to provide free venues for training and competition services organized by the association;
(6) Group members have the obligation to accept the technical assessment of the facilities and equipment of the venue;
(7) To report the situation to the Chinese Squash Association and provide relevant information.
Article 12 Members shall notify the Chinese Squash Association in writing of their withdrawal and return their membership card.
If a member does not pay membership dues or does not participate in the activities of the Chinese Squash Association for one year, it will be considered as automatic withdrawal.
Article 13 If a member seriously violates this Constitution or causes great reputation and economic losses to the Chinese Squash Association, the member shall be removed by the vote of the National Committee or the Standing Committee.
Chapter IV The formation and removal of the organizational structure and the person in charge
Article 14 The highest authority of the Chinese Squash Association is the National Congress of its members. The National Member Congress shall implement the representative system, and shall be composed of representatives selected by the relevant provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, the People's Liberation Army, the Squash Association of the industry system and other members of the Chinese Squash Association. The National Congress of Members is held every four years.
The functions and powers of the National Members' Congress are:
(1) To formulate and amend the articles of association;
(2) to elect and remove members of the National Committee through consultation;
(3) To hear and examine the work reports of the National Committees;
(4) to decide on the work tasks and work policies of the Council;
(5) Reviewing the financial report of the Association;
(6) approving membership;
(vii) decide on major changes and termination of the Association;
(8) To discuss and adopt resolutions on other important proposals;
(9) To decide on other major matters.
Article 15 The National Members' Congress shall be convened only when more than two-thirds of the members' representatives are present, and its resolution shall take effect only when more than half of the members' representatives present vote.
(1) Only the National Congress of Members has the right to amend the constitution of the China Squash Association.
(2) Delegates to the national Members' Congress shall have the right to vote.
(3) The proposal to amend the articles of association must be jointly proposed by the secretariat of the Association or more than three member associations before it can be submitted to the national Congress of Members for vote.
(4) The National Congress of Members shall be convened by the National Committee and presided over by the Chairman. If the chairman is unable to perform his duties for some reason, the Chairman shall entrust the vice Chairman to preside over the meeting.
(5) The Chairman shall have an ordinary vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, a casting vote.
16th National member Congress each term of 4 years, due to special circumstances need to advance or delay the change, must be voted by the National committee, the State General Administration of Sport review and approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. However, the extension of the term of office shall not exceed one year.
Article 17 The National Committee is the executive body of the National Members' Congress, leading the daily work of the Chinese Squash Association during the period when the National Members' Congress is not in session, and is responsible for the National members' Congress.
Article 18 The functions and powers of the National Committee shall be:
(1) Implementing the resolutions of the National Congress of Members;
(2) To elect and remove the Chairman and Deputy Chairman, Treasurer and Chairman and deputy Secretary General of the Association.
(3) To examine and approve the annual work plan, summary and deployment of the association;
(4) preparing for the convening of the national Congress of members;
(5) Reporting work and financial status to the national Congress of Members;
(6) To decide on the admission and expulsion of members;
(7) To decide on the establishment of administrative offices, branches, representative offices and entity offices;
(8) To decide on the appointment of the principal heads of the agencies;
(9) To lead the work of various institutions of the Chinese Squash Association;
(10) to formulate internal management systems;
(11) To decide on other major matters.
Article 19 A National committee can be convened only when two-thirds or more of its members are present, and its resolutions can take effect only when they are passed by two-thirds or more of the members present.
Article 20 The National Committee shall meet at least once a year; Under special circumstances, it may be convened by means of communication.
Article 21 The Chinese Squash Association shall establish a Standing Committee. The Standing Committee shall be elected by the National Committee and shall exercise the functions and powers of items 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Article 18 when the National Committee is not in session, and shall be responsible to the National Committee (the number of members of the Standing Committee shall not exceed one-third of the number of members of the National Committee).
Article 22 The Standing Committee shall be convened only when more than two-thirds of the members of the Standing Committee are present, and its resolution shall take effect only when voted by more than two-thirds of the members of the Standing Committee present.
Article 23 The Standing Committee shall hold meetings at least once every six months; Special circumstances may also be held in the form of communication.
Article 24 The President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary general of the Chinese Squash Association shall be elected in equal numbers and shall be elected for a term of four years if more than half of the representatives with the right to vote approve. (cannot serve more than two terms in the same position)
The President, Vice President and Secretary General of the Chinese Squash Association must meet the following requirements:
(1) Adhere to the Party's line, principles and policies, and have good political quality;
(2) having a high reputation in the Chinese squash world;
(3) The maximum age of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General shall not exceed 70 years of age, and the Secretary-General shall be full-time;
(4) be in good health and able to work normally;
(5) have not received criminal punishment for deprivation of political power;
(6) Having full capacity for civil conduct;
Article 25 The president, vice president and Secretary General of the Chinese Squash Association, if they are above the maximum age of office, shall be approved by the National Committee, reviewed by the State General Administration of Sport and approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs before they can take office.
Article 26 The term of office of the President, vice President and Secretary general of the Chinese Squash Association is four years, and the vice chairman shall implement the unit representation system. The maximum term of office of the chairman, vice Chairman and Secretary-General shall not exceed two terms. If the term of office shall be extended due to special circumstances, it shall be approved by more than two-thirds of the members' representatives of the National Members' Congress, submitted to the State General Administration of Sport for examination and approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs before taking office.
Article 27 The President of the Chinese Squash Association shall be the legal representative of the Chinese Squash Association.
The legal representative of the China Squash Association shall not concurrently serve as the legal representative of other organizations.
Article 28 The President of the Chinese Squash Association shall exercise the following powers:
(1) To convene and preside over the National Committee or its Standing Committee;
(2) To check the implementation of the resolutions of the National Members' Congress, the National Committee or the Standing Committee;
(3) Sign relevant important documents on behalf of the Chinese Squash Association.
Article 29 The Secretary-General of the Chinese Squash Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:
(1) to preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of annual work plans;
(2) coordinating the work of branches, representative offices and entities;
(3) To nominate deputy secretaries-general and principal heads of administrative offices, branches, representative offices and entities, and submit them to the National Committee or the Standing Committee for decision;
(4) To decide on the employment of full-time staff members of administrative offices, representative offices and entities;
(5) Lead the Secretariat to complete the daily work of the Chinese Squash Association.
(6) Dealing with other daily affairs.
Article 30 The secretariat of the Chinese Squash Association is the daily office of the association. When the National Committee is not in session, it shall handle the work of the association under the leadership of the chairman and vice chairman. The duties of the Secretariat of the Chinese Squash Association are:
(1) To implement the decisions made by the National Congress of Members and the National Committee or Standing Committee;
(b) Overall responsible for the business management of the squash project, research and formulation of the project's development plans, plans, management rules, regulations, systems and policies;
(3) to carry out international exchanges and technical exchanges, to be responsible for and guide the examination and approval of international and national competitions and training held in China and the related organization;
(4) Responsible for the organizational construction and personnel management of the Association;
(5) to carry out a variety of business and service activities, and expand the sources of funding channels;
(6) carry out work and handle the daily affairs of the Association in accordance with the Articles of Association and relevant provisions.
Article 31 The special committees of the Chinese Squash Association are the specialized work bodies of the association, and the daily work is organized and coordinated by the secretariat. Each special committee shall, in accordance with its functions, formulate working rules and implement them with the approval of the chairman of the association. Each special committee is composed of a chairman, a number of vice-chairmen and members. The director is responsible for the work of the committee. The chairmen and vice-chairmen of each special committee shall be elected by the National Committee or approved by the National Committee nominated by the Secretary-General.
The Association has 4 special committees:
(a) The Training Committee, whose functions shall be:
(1) Organize theoretical discussions and business exchanges among coaches.
(2) Preparation of training materials.
(3) Organize coach training, observation and investigation.
(4) Responsible for the recommendation and selection of national team coaches and athletes.
(5) To formulate guidelines for the national team and make suggestions on training and competition management.
(b) The Competition and Judging Committee, whose duties are:
(1) Review, approve and publish the Chinese translation of the competition rules of this project.
(2) To organize, select and manage the team of referees, formulate the relevant discipline and regulations, which shall be implemented after approval by the secretariat of the Association.
(3) Responsible for organizing, planning and implementing nationwide socialized competitions and training activities.
(4) Prepare the competition manual.
(5) Organize referee training.
(6) Examination and approval of national referees.
(3) The Market Development and Venue Equipment Committee, whose duties are:
(1) Relying on social channels to carry out project management and development.
(2) Strengthen the research, approval and management of project sites and equipment.
(4) The Press and Publicity Committee, whose functions are:
(1) To make suggestions on the publicity work of the Chinese Squash Association.
(2) Draft and revise relevant regulations on the management of news publicity, and submit them to the secretariat of the Association for approval and implementation.
(3) Assist the news unit in organizing and arranging the news publicity of the project.
(4) Guide and supervise the publications of the project and the TV and radio work of the competition.
(5) The Committee on the Elderly, whose functions shall be:
(1) Responsible for the promotion of squash for the elderly nationwide.
(2) Organize, plan and implement national competitions and training activities for the elderly.
Chapter V Asset management and principles of use
Article 32 Sources of funds of Chinese Squash Association:
(1) membership fee;
(2) donation;
(3) Government funding;
(4) Income from activities or services carried out within the approved scope of business;
(5) interest;
(6) other lawful income.
Article 33 The Chinese Squash Association shall collect membership dues in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State.
Article 34 The funds of the Chinese Squash Association shall be used for the business scope and development of undertakings as stipulated in the Articles of Association, and shall not be distributed among the members.
Article 35 The Chinese Squash Association shall establish strict rules Financial management system Ensure that the accounting information is legal, true, accurate and complete.
Article 36 The Chinese Squash Association shall be equipped with accountants with professional qualifications. An accountant shall not concurrently serve as a teller. Accountants must conduct accounting and exercise accounting supervision. When an accountant transfers his work or leaves his post, he must clear the handover formalities with the receiver.
Article 37 The asset management of the Chinese Squash Association must implement the financial management system prescribed by the State and accept the supervision of the National Congress of members and the financial department. If the source of assets belongs to the state appropriation or social donation or funding, it must accept the supervision of the audit institution and publicize the relevant information to the public in an appropriate manner.
Article 38 The Chinese Squash Association shall accept the financial audit organized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the General Administration of Sport of China before changing its term or legal representative.
Article 39 No unit or individual shall seize, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of the Chinese Squash Association.
Article 40 The wages, insurance and welfare benefits of the full-time staff of the Chinese Squash Association shall be implemented with reference to the relevant regulations of the State on public institutions.
Chapter VI Procedure for amendment of Articles of Association
Article 41 The amendment to the constitution of the Chinese Squash Association shall be approved by the National Committee and then submitted to the National Member Congress for deliberation.
Article 42 The revised constitution of the Chinese Squash Association shall come into force after being examined and approved by the State General Administration of Sport and submitted to the Ministry of Civil Affairs for approval within 15 days after being adopted by the National Congress of Members.
Chapter VII Termination procedures and disposal of property after termination
Article 43 If the Chinese Squash Association completes its purpose or disbanded itself or needs to be cancelled due to division, merger or other reasons, the National Committee or the Standing Committee shall put forward a motion for termination.
Article 44 The motion to terminate the Chinese Squash Association shall be voted through by the national Member Congress and submitted to the State General Administration of Sport for examination and approval.
Article 45 Before the termination of the Chinese Squash Association, it shall set up a liquidation organization under the guidance of the General Administration of Sport of the State and the relevant authorities to settle claims and debts and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation shall be carried out.
Article 46 The Chinese Squash Association shall be terminated after the cancellation of registration formalities by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
Article 47 The remaining property after the termination of the Chinese Squash Association shall be used for the development of undertakings related to the purposes of the Chinese Squash Association under the supervision of the State General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Civil Affairs in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State.
Chapter VIII Television Broadcasting
Article 48 The radio and television broadcasting rights of the matches and other activities organized by the Chinese Squash Association shall be owned by the Chinese Squash Association. The China Squash Association and its members shall have the right to broadcast live and select live broadcasts through television and radio during the squash matches. The Chinese Squash Association shall be responsible for the broadcast or reception of matches involving foreign countries.
Chapter 9 The Race
Article 49 The Chinese Squash Association shall directly administer the official competitions at all levels in China and the competitions entrusted by the International Squash Federation to be hosted by the Chinese Association.
Competitions between member associations of the China Squash Association shall be managed by the member associations, but must be declared or filed with the China Squash Association.
Member associations, clubs, coaches and players who are not registered with the Chinese Squash Association shall not participate in official squash competitions held by the Chinese Squash Association.
Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
Article 53 The flag, emblem and commercial logo of the Association shall be approved and issued by the national Congress of Members. Without permission, no unit or individual shall copy or use it for commercial activities.
Article 54 The Articles of Association were adopted by the national Congress of Members on April 1, 1999.
Article 55 The right of interpretation of these regulations shall be vested in the National Committee of the Chinese Squash Association.
Article 56 The Articles of Association shall come into force on the date of approval by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
