Ming and Qing dynasties, is Shun Tianfu Daxing County.
Thirty-six years before the Republic of China (1947), is a suburb of Beiping district.
After 1949, it belongs to the east suburb of Beijing.
In March 1956, the original 11 agricultural primary cooperatives were merged to form Xinghuo Senior agricultural cooperative, which was later changed to Liulitun Township.
In 1958, the Agricultural Exhibition Hall farm was designated, among which Taiwa was divided into two fields; In August, it became the Sino-German Friendship People's Commune.
