(1) The following motor vehicles holding the Olympic Games special vehicle certificate issued by the Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee:
1. Passenger vehicles that can pass through the Olympic lane according to their license;
2. Vehicles for the transport of baggage, equipment and equipment for members of the Olympic family;
3. Communication, electric power, doping detection, medical rescue and emergency rescue vehicles for the operation of the venue;
