On September 23, the provincial Agricultural Technology Extension Station organized a symposium on the "14th Five-Year Plan" development of Shandong edible fungi industry. The meeting informed of the extensive written soliciting of opinions in the early stage, the overall ideas and the preliminary draft of the plan, and fully listened to the opinions and suggestions of the edible fungus sub-group of the provincial agricultural expert advisory group, the relevant experts and scholars of the provincial edible fungus innovation team, the comrades in charge of edible fungus production of the municipal and county Agricultural and Rural Bureau and some entrepreneurs on the preliminary draft of the plan.
At the symposium, Gong Zhiyuan, director of the Institute of Resources and Environment of the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences and a national system post scientist, Wan Luchang, chief researcher of Shandong Province's edible fungi innovation team, and other experts, Heze City station master, Shandong Kangrui Co., LTD., and other corporate representatives discussed and exchanged ideas and suggestions around the planning. Focusing on the new situation, existing problems, development tasks and key projects facing the industry, many forward-looking, targeted and constructive opinions and suggestions were put forward.
The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to fully absorb the opinions of experts, business authorities and entrepreneurs into the "14th Five-Year Plan" plan, widely gather wisdom and consensus of all parties, pay attention to the coordination and cohesion of the overall plan with the province and the department, and strive to improve the quality of the preparation of the province's "14th Five-Year Plan" edible fungus industry development plan.
More than 20 people from Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shandong Agricultural University, Ludong University, China Supply and Marketing General Association, Heze Agricultural and Rural Bureau, Juxian Agricultural and Rural Bureau and other relevant experts and representatives of major edible fungi producing cities, counties (cities, districts) and enterprises participated in the symposium.
