Working principle
The crushing principle is that the crushing material is sent into the crushing chamber by the feeder (also called the feeder) equipment through the feeding port, and the rotor equipped with a large belt wheel is rotated by the motor through the belt drive; Driven by the rotor, the hammer head rotates at a high speed to strike the material entering the crushing area, and the material is broken by the hammer head impact. The broken materials hit the impact plate at high speed and are broken again, or the thrown material blocks collide with each other and are broken again, and are discharged from the lower hopper after the above-mentioned repeated blows. In the crushing chamber, the single stage crushing effect of hammering stone and stone smashing stone is achieved. According to the discharge particle size, the discharge particle size can be adjusted by adjusting the clearance size of the discharge port. The adjusting rod pushes the movable counterattack plate, rotates around its rotating axis to the direction of the rotor, and the discharge gap becomes smaller. Otherwise, the gap becomes larger. The adjustment range is 40-100 mm. After the adjustment is completed, check the pre-compression amount of the spring and keep it at about 20-30mm. After the rotor is used for a period of time, the hammer will wear, resulting in a decrease in output, and it is necessary to put the hammer on the other side of the hammer without replacing it with a new hammer. Effectively reduce energy consumption, reduce investment and maintenance costs, and bring obvious economic benefits to users.
