Hammer mobile crushing station is suitable for crushing brittle and medium hard materials with compressive strength less than 200Mpa, such as limestone, gravel, gneiss, shale, gypsum, etc. This series of crusher is mainly used in building materials, cement, mining and other departments. The hammer disc has a large diameter, carburizing heat treatment of high manganese steel, the interval sleeve is forged with carbon knot steel, the hammer head is cast with a new multi-element high chromium manganese steel composite process, the hammer shaft material is 40Cr and tempered. The impact plate is cast and quenched by high manganese steel, and then the heavy hammer crusher is strengthened. The machine has large feeding particle size and large crushing ratio, which can achieve one machine crushing without two breaks.

Working principle

The crushing principle is that the crushing material is sent into the crushing chamber by the feeder (also called the feeder) equipment through the feeding port, and the rotor equipped with a large belt wheel is rotated by the motor through the belt drive; Driven by the rotor, the hammer head rotates at a high speed to strike the material entering the crushing area, and the material is broken by the hammer head impact. The broken materials hit the impact plate at high speed and are broken again, or the thrown material blocks collide with each other and are broken again, and are discharged from the lower hopper after the above-mentioned repeated blows. In the crushing chamber, the single stage crushing effect of hammering stone and stone smashing stone is achieved. According to the discharge particle size, the discharge particle size can be adjusted by adjusting the clearance size of the discharge port. The adjusting rod pushes the movable counterattack plate, rotates around its rotating axis to the direction of the rotor, and the discharge gap becomes smaller. Otherwise, the gap becomes larger. The adjustment range is 40-100 mm. After the adjustment is completed, check the pre-compression amount of the spring and keep it at about 20-30mm. After the rotor is used for a period of time, the hammer will wear, resulting in a decrease in output, and it is necessary to put the hammer on the other side of the hammer without replacing it with a new hammer. Effectively reduce energy consumption, reduce investment and maintenance costs, and bring obvious economic benefits to users.
