In the first quarter of this year, Shizhu County organized a total of four online and offline financing docking activities, and took the initiative to connect 255 financial institutions (households) with financing needs of small and medium-sized and micro enterprises, new agricultural operators, beef cattle farmers, with a total financing demand of 115 million yuan, and a successful docking financing amount of 68.42 million yuan.

Up to now, a total of 15 online and offline financing docking activities have been organized, and 643 enterprises with financing needs have been proactively provided to financial institutions, with a total financing demand of 355 million yuan, and the successful docking financing amount of 118 million yuan, effectively alleviating the problem of insufficient funds of county enterprises.

Promote the work in strict accordance with the Regulations on Optimizing the Business Environment of Jilin Province, strengthen the normal prevention and cleanup of delinquent accounts, and constantly clarify the work process, timely accept and handle the cases issued by the Jilin Province Business environment platform, and form a closed loop of complaint management. 4 cases issued by the platform have been received and accepted, 1 case has been completed, and 3 cases are being tracked and processed. Understand and verify the municipal debt clearance Office feedback complaint 96611, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology platform, "Internet +" clues, has now verified all 33 arrears.

At the same time, we will vigorously promote school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education. Lishu County Vocational High School has successfully signed an agreement with BYD new energy vehicles to set up an order class, the first batch of 30 people. At present, the school is conducting professional application and plans to enroll students in July. Lishu Vocational High School and Sichuan Special Drive Group have negotiated with relevant universities and are exploring the construction of industrial college.

According to the actual situation, the establishment of "specialized and special new" SME cultivation database, and actively organize and recommend enterprises to apply for "specialized and special new" smes. Up to now, there are 8 provincial "specialized and special new" smes, and 10 municipal "specialized and special new" smes. Enterprise digital transformation and technological transformation advanced, Fushun Longye chemical production line intelligent inspection robot, Siping City fine chemicals 3000T chemical new material CSI intelligent project have started construction.

In order to promote common technology joint research, the relevant departments of Lishu County to research science and technology enterprises, in-depth understanding of the trend of enterprise science and technology innovation, ability level and technical needs, guide the application process of science and technology smes, and collect the technical needs of enterprises. Publicize the plan and policy of R&D expenditure investment guidance for science and technology enterprises, and organize enterprises to attend the training meeting on policy interpretation of R&D expense deduction. At present, we have completed the investigation of "specialized and special new" seed enterprises, established a cultivation database, and included 10 enterprises in the cultivation database.
