The "double drive" is that the general Party branch of the community gathers multi-party resources and personnel strength in the grid, and functional departments such as public security and law enforcement actively intervene, sink, and participate, putting the work force and law enforcement functions into the community, confronting the masses and working on-site, and forming a "one grid and more members" co-governance organizational structure. Some residents have reflected that there are no parking berths in Henan Road and Xijiao Street in the jurisdiction, resulting in parking problems for residents of two nearby communities. After learning this situation, Hao Gen immediately reported the situation to the Party Working Committee and the office of Digi Street. Under the communication and coordination of the Party Working Committee and the office, the community docking with the traffic management department, and finally decided to plan the construction of parking berths on the south side of Henan Road and the west side of Xijiao Street after joint investigation on the four sites of the street, community, property and traffic management. At present, the parking berths on Henan Road and Xijiao Street have been put into use.

There is a special family in the district, the elderly Aunt Li and the mentally ill daughter Xiao LAN and Xiao LAN's children depend on each other, life is particularly difficult. In order to help this family in trouble, Hao Gen not only took the lead in donating money and materials, but also mobilized community party members and cadres and "three chiefs" to help. In the process, a good Samaritan learned about the situation of Aunt Li's family and planned to adopt Aunt Li's grandson. After obtaining Aunt Li's consent, with the joint efforts of the Party Working Committee of the Dizhi Street, the Tiexi District Civil Affairs Bureau and the community, the adoption procedure was handled for her.
