1. Corrosion resistance
Except for hydrofluoric acid, quartz sheets hardly undergo chemical reactions with other acid substances. Their acid resistance is 30 times that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel. Especially in terms of chemical stability at high temperatures, it is unmatched by any other engineering materials.
2. High-temperature resistance
The high-temperature resistance effect of quartz sheets enables them to perform better. The softening point of quartz glass basically reaches 1730℃. Therefore, quartz sheet glass can be used for a long time at 1100℃, and if used for a short time, the temperature can reach 1450℃.
3. Good thermal stability
Quartz sheets have a very small coefficient of thermal expansion for glass and can withstand drastic temperature changes. Even when quartz glass is heated to around 1100℃ and then placed in water at room temperature, it will not crack. Therefore, its thermal stability is extremely good.
4. Good electrical insulation property
