We sincerely welcome your valuable opinions and suggestions for the development of China's business cause, and criticize the shortcomings of our work.

It is your legal right to report your problems to party and government organs at all levels through letters and other means. In order to improve work efficiency and clarify responsibilities, please first read the "Online Petition Notice" and report to the relevant competent authorities according to the attribution of problems.

1. Participation in petition activities shall comply with the Regulations on Petition Work and refer to the Guidelines on Petition Work of the Ministry of Commerce.

2. According to the Regulations on the Work of Letters and Visits and the Guidelines on the Work of Letters and Visits of the Ministry of Commerce, the work of letters and visits of the Ministry of Commerce adheres to the principles of territorial management, hierarchical responsibility, who is in charge and who is responsible, and combining legal, timely and local problem solving with guidance and education. When a complainant submits a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce, he or she shall be objective and true, be responsible for the authenticity of the contents of the materials he or she provides, and shall not fabricate or distort the facts, nor make false accusations or frame others.

(1) Those belonging to or involving the duties or business scope of the Ministry of Commerce; (2) Opinions and suggestions on the relevant work of the Party and the State, involving the Ministry of Commerce or the commercial system; (3) To put forward criticism, opinions and suggestions on the work of the Ministry of Commerce and its units directly under it; (4) To reflect on the policies formulated and regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce, and to put forward opinions and suggestions; (5) To reflect on the duties of the Ministry of Commerce and its staff, give opinions, or refuse to accept the duties of the Ministry of Commerce and its staff; (6) Other complaint reporting matters that fall within the scope of duties of the Ministry of Commerce and should be accepted.
