Installation, commissioning and use:
After the new machine is installed, it should be checked according to the following requirements: 1, close the power switch, confirm the synchronous reverse rotation of the motor, 10-20 minutes of empty operation, if there is abnormal sound during the operation of the equipment, it should be quickly shut down for inspection and processing. After the equipment is in normal operation, a small amount of material to be screened can be set into the screening machine through the feed port, confirm that the material is moving in the direction of the discharge port, and then gradually increase to the required and can withstand the feed amount. 2. The new machine should be filled with lubricating oil and locking screws. 3, the user can increase or decrease the speed of the separator according to the gap of the screening machine and the specific gravity of the material, so as to achieve a good screening effect. 4, before the equipment is switched on and off, there should be no retained materials on the screen surface, which should be checked frequently.
