Offline job fairs

Talent recruitment is the most basic way for enterprises to supplement human resources. In order to help enterprises expand recruitment channels, realize accurate and effective docking between enterprises and job seekers, and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. On March 12, 2024, the offline job fair sponsored by Jilin City Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center and co-organized by Jilin City Tianbang Human Resources Development Co., LTD and Jilin City Social Workers Association was successfully held in Jilin City Enterprise Development Service Center.

With the theme of "Raising the sail of employment and promoting the development of enterprises", the offline job fair will serve employers including enterprises with employment needs and unemployed graduates and unemployed people waiting for employment groups. At the job fair, a total of 25 companies were invited to provide 90 positions and 560 positions. Wide job coverage and compatibility, involving hotel, catering, media, e-commerce and other fields, attracted more than 500 people to apply for jobs, and reached an intention of 120 people.

With the official launch of the job fair, job seekers can prioritize their favorite positions through the ppt of job search information played on the big screen and the job information table in their hands. After that, job seekers can take the prepared resume to the window of the company that provides the position for on-site interview and detailed consultation. In this way, it can provide a two-way communication platform for the majority of job seekers and employment enterprises, and further promote the mutual matching of enterprises and talents.

The successful holding of the offline job fair not only helps enterprises successfully solve the problem of employment, but also helps job seekers solve the difficulty of employment, which can be described as killing two birds with one stone. Jilin City Small and medium-sized Enterprise Service Center will also hold such job fairs regularly to continue to provide more accurate services for enterprises and help enterprises develop with higher quality.
