1. Special pages have been set up on the 100-day Recruitment Service platform for smes (https://www.sme.com.cn/) and the National Employment Service Platform for College Students (https://www.ncss.cn/). Free release of specialized new small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment information for college graduates to browse and query and send resumes.

(2) China SME Information Network (smegov) and College Student Employment Information (ncssweb) will continue to release activity updates and push the latest recruitment information of specialized and special smes.

(3) China Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Development Promotion Center will hold the special special small and medium-sized enterprises live with post activities, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology talent exchange center will hold the special special small and medium-sized enterprises master and doctoral tour recruitment activities, strengthen the service docking of college graduates to the special special small and medium-sized enterprises employment.

4. Job requirements

(a) the provincial SME authorities should mobilize the region's specialized and special new smes to actively publish recruitment information in combination with the recruitment intention, strengthen the publicity of activities, and hang unified publicity pictures of activities in a prominent position on the home page of the provincial SME public service portal (download the job fair activity column on the China SME Information Network). The picture needs to be linked to the main venue of the China SME Information Network job Fair.

(2) The provincial university graduate employment work department shall promptly forward this notice to local colleges and universities, and mobilize college graduates, especially graduates who have not yet implemented employment units, to actively deliver job search information; Do a good job of publicity work, organize to hang unified publicity pictures of activities in a prominent position on the home page of local college student employment service related websites (download the job fair activity column on the National college student employment Service platform), and the pictures need to be linked to the job fair special event on the national college student employment service platform.

(3) The event organizers and supporting units actively organize this recruitment activity through online docking, live streaming and other forms, set up special activity areas to promote the docking of specialized small and medium-sized enterprises and college graduates, and organize relevant experts to provide employment guidance services for college graduates.

(4) There is a need to recruit college graduates specialized new small and medium-sized enterprises, can independently choose recruitment information release channels, and arrange special personnel to publish and maintain online recruitment information, shall not set up in violation of the relevant discriminatory provisions of the State, shall not be the graduation of colleges and learning methods as restrictive conditions.

(5) All colleges and universities should continue to do a good job of employment guidance services for graduates before and after leaving school, and provide continuous employment services for unemployed graduates after leaving school. It is necessary to use the campus online publicity media to expand the awareness of recruitment activities, and actively organize college graduates to choose relevant recruitment platforms independently, improve and deliver resumes.
