4. Appeal Acceptance Section

To undertake the appeals, complaints and report acceptance services of the city's enterprises in the production and operation of policy consultation, factor assurance, procedures, project construction and other aspects;

5. Entrepreneurship Training Section

To provide public information services such as entrepreneurship training and guidance, intellectual property protection, management consulting, information consulting, credit service, marketing, project development, investment and financing, accounting and taxation, property rights transaction, technical support, talent introduction, foreign cooperation, exhibition and sales, and legal consultation to smes in the city;

6. Technical Service Section

Responsible for the operation and management of Jilin City industry and finance cooperation service platform. Responsible for platform operation data analysis and collection, financing information release, credit information inquiry, financial risk monitoring, etc. To undertake the construction of SME window service platform network.
