Jilin City Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is a section-level institution with full funding approved by the editorial Board of Jilin City, affiliated to the Jilin City Industry and Information Technology Bureau, with the service tenet of "strengthening services for small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting high-quality development of private economy". The main responsibilities are to be responsible for the operation and management of the city's industry-finance cooperation service platform, and to be responsible for the management of policy funds such as seed funds as authorized by the government; Provide financing consultation, bank-enterprise docking, emergency working capital and other financial services for smes; To provide public information services such as entrepreneurship training and guidance, intellectual property protection, management consulting, information consulting, credit service, marketing, project development, investment and financing, accounting and taxation, property rights transaction, technical support, talent introduction, foreign cooperation, exhibition and sales, and legal consultation to smes in the city; Undertake the city's "specialized and special new" small and medium-sized enterprise cultivation service; To undertake the acceptance and service of appeals, complaints and reports raised by enterprises in the production and operation aspects of policy consultation, factor assurance, procedures and project construction; To undertake other tasks assigned by the competent authorities.

The Center has carried out financial services training for small, medium and micro enterprises involving "tax law training", "legal training", "financing business training", "policy interpretation" and other aspects. Public service activities on policy and technical issues involved in corporate financing, such as explanation of listing business, policy lecture hall, listing counseling, and bond issuance, have also been carried out successively.

Jilin City SME Service Center implements national and provincial laws, regulations and policies related to smes, provides smes and private enterprises with comprehensive services such as entrepreneurship, financing, technology, information and consultation, and improves the function of state-level SME public service demonstration platform.

Fourth, enterprise classification identification

In accordance with the implementation Rules of the Regulations on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Jilin Province "The Provincial Center for Promoting the Development of small and medium-sized Enterprises provides free certification documents for small and medium-sized micro-enterprises according to the needs of enterprises", the center issues certification documents for small and medium-sized micro-enterprises that need to issue certificates for bidding projects.
