Service description: In October 2021, the Chamber of Commerce established a Green and low-carbon International Cooperation Committee composed of 68 industry leaders in Beijing. In order to promote green low-carbon transformation, sustainable development and joint response to climate change in key industries at home and abroad, the Committee has assembled resources from professional service institutions around the world to build a one-stop carbon neutral service platform for member enterprises and relevant institutions through government-enterprise dialogue, industry exchanges, upstream and downstream docking, information sharing and financial cooperation. Specific services include capacity building, dual carbon comprehensive consulting, carbon asset management, product carbon labeling and carbon footprint certification, production and operation efficiency improvement, technology docking and industrial cooperation, digital economy, financial cooperation, carbon neutral toolbox, international green Certificate I-REC service and other 10 content. In July 2023, the Chamber of Commerce officially launched the International Green Certificate I-REC service platform based on blockchain technology certification. It can provide relevant enterprises with stable, traceable, lowest environmental payment cost, in line with ESG audit standards and certified by audit institutions, I-REC international green certificate transaction services, to help enterprises solve the problem of carbon reduction in green transformation, and effectively build a green supply chain and sustainable development system. On November 23, 2023, the Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce photovoltaic products carbon footprint public service platform was officially launched during the second session of the Trade Fair, aiming to help photovoltaic products enter the EU market, effectively meet the EU's carbon footprint accounting and certification requirements for photovoltaic products, and help Chinese photovoltaic enterprises complete product carbon footprint certification with high quality, efficiency and low cost. At present, the service platform has started trial operation (website: carbon.cccme.org.cn).

2. Consult the chamber staff online or by phone for details;

3. Staff assist enterprises in need to establish direct contact with service agencies and follow up regularly.

4. The enterprise and the service agency sign the sharing agreement.
