Please confirm the following before you formally submit a report

  • The report will be submitted to the Cyberspace Administration of the CPC Central Committee (Cyberspace Administration of China) Illegal and Undesirable Information Reporting Center. Baidu and the Reporting Center welcome citizens, legal persons or other organizations to participate in the reporting and supervision of Internet violations and undesirable information.
  • When reporting illegal and bad information on the Internet, the reporting subject shall provide the information website corresponding to the online reporting matter or the relevant description enough to accurately locate the reporting information, sample screenshots and other basic reporting materials, as well as relevant evidence materials and other reporting requirements.
  • 1. The reporting subject shall select the reporting portal of the corresponding category according to the category of the reporting information to submit the report. If the wrong category is selected, the report submitted may be invalid. 2. The reporting subject does not need to submit the reporting content repeatedly. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the reporting subject, limit malicious repeated reporting, and improve the operation efficiency of online reporting, each reporting subject shall, in principle, report a maximum of 50 times within 24 hours, and more than 50 times will not be successful in reporting. 3, online infringement information report please submit through the "infringement category" report portal, informants must be real-name report. 4, to be verified and refuted online rumor clues, please submit to the "China Internet joint refuting platform". 5. The reporting subject shall be responsible for the objectivity and authenticity of the reporting matter. For those who deliberately fabricate facts, falsely accuse and frame up, falsify evidence, or create trouble in the name of reporting and interfere with the normal work of state security organs, they will bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
