Materials required for two companies to jointly apply for software copyright

1, the two companies jointly apply for the respective business license (copy) 2 copies, A4 paper printed, stamped with official seal
2, 2 copies of the application form, A4 paper printed, stamped with the official seal, the name of the first company in the application form can be stamped;
3. The official seal or contract seal shall be affixed by both parties to the software copyright cooperation development agreement;
4. Program code (the first 30 pages from the beginning and the last 30 pages from the end)
5, operation instructions or design documents (generally more than 15 pages, the software interface "software name" must be exactly the same as the name on the software copyright registration form)
