What should I pay attention to when using a registered trademark?

(1) The registered trademark shall be used in strict accordance with the trademark registration Certificate and the approved use of goods or services.
(2) A trademark registrant may not alter the words, graphics or combinations thereof of a registered trademark on its own; It is not allowed to change the name, address or other registration matters of the registrant of a registered trademark.
(3) Where a trademark registrant uses its registered trademark beyond the scope of the goods or services approved for use in the Trademark Registration Certificate, and indicates the registered mark, it is an illegal act of impersonating a registered trademark.
(4) A trademark registrant may not assign a registered trademark on its own.
(5) The trademark registrant shall have the obligation to use the registered trademark. If a registered trademark ceases to be used for three consecutive years from the date of approval, the trademark may be revoked according to law.
(6) Where a trademark registrant permits another person to use its registered trademark, it must sign a trademark licensing contract. The licensor shall, within 3 months from the date of signing of the license contract, submit a copy of the contract to the Trademark Office for the record of the trademark license contract.
