What is a dissenting decision?

The opposition procedure is the process by which the Trademark Office seeks public opinion, so the opposition is raised with the Trademark Office and ruled by the Trademark Office. The result of the objection ruling involves the interests of the parties, so the objection ruling adopts the system of the end of two trials. If the parties do not disagree with the ruling, the ruling shall become effective.
