What rights do the parties have after the ruling of objection?

Q: What rights do the parties have after the ruling of objection?

Answer: If any party is not satisfied with the opposition ruling of the Trademark Office, it can apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for review of the opposition within 15 days from the date of receipt of the opposition ruling (subject to the postmark). If time is tight and there is no time to file an application, an extension application can be submitted within the time limit. The extension can be requested for 30 days. A fee applies for extension requests.
