2, no longer issue a copy of the patent certificate

(1) after the termination of the patent right;

(3) Loss of the patent certificate (except for reasons caused by the Patent Office).

3. The situation of replaceable patent certificates

(1) Where the patent right is returned to the patent owner after mediation by the local intellectual property administration department or mediation or judgment by the people's court, the parties may request the Patent Office to replace the patent certificate after the mediation or judgment has taken legal effect;

(2) If a patent certificate issued after July 1, 2006 is damaged, the patentee may request a replacement of the patent certificate;
