3 Identification Procedure

3. Prepare and submit materials. The enterprise enters the online identification management system according to the obtained user name and password, and submits the following materials to the identification body as required

(2) Business license copy, tax registration certificate (copy);
(3) A special audit report on the research and development expenses of the enterprise in the past three fiscal years (according to the actual operating years if the actual years are less than three years) and the income of high-tech products (services) in the past fiscal year, certified by an intermediary institution that is qualified and meets the relevant conditions of the Work Guidelines;
(4) The financial statements of the enterprise certified by a qualified intermediary in the past three accounting years (including balance sheet, profit and profit distribution statement, cash flow statement, and actual operating years if the actual years are less than three years);
