In order to further improve the quality management level of construction enterprises, provide high-quality buildings for the society, and meet the professional needs of quality management in the field of construction, The National Certification and Accreditation Administration and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development decided to apply the "Quality Management Standards for Engineering Construction Enterprises" (GB/T50430:2007) in the quality management system certification in the field of construction. The certification standards for engineering construction enterprises to obtain certification certificates should be GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008 and GB/T50430:2007. The "Quality Management Code for Engineering Construction Enterprises" is a recommended national standard issued on October 23, 2007, and officially implemented on March 1, 2008. It is the first national standard about the quality management of engineering construction enterprises. Relative to technical standards and technical specifications, it is also the first management specification about the quality management of construction enterprises.

Since January 1, 2011, in the field of engineering construction quality management system certification, in accordance with the "Quality management system requirements" (GB/T19001-2008) and GB/T50430:2007 "Quality Management standards for Engineering construction enterprises" to carry out certification activities.

4. China National Accreditation Center for Conformity Assessment shall revise the accreditation requirements for the professional scope of construction in accordance with the requirements of GB/T50430:2007 "Quality Management Standards for Engineering Construction Enterprises", and re-evaluate and confirm the certification bodies with the professional scope of construction from September 1, 2010. Those who meet the conditions will continue to be granted corresponding accreditation qualifications.

5. After re-approval, the certification body with the professional scope of construction recognition has obtained the quality management system certification in accordance with the "Quality management system requirements" standard, at the expiration of the renewal of the certificate, it should add the "GB/T50430:2007" "Quality Management standards for Engineering Construction Enterprises" requirements to complete the conversion of certification; The certificates that are not converted within the time limit are invalid, and the certification body shall deal with the invalid certificates accordingly.
