Announcement of the Supplementary Catalogue of Organic Product Certification (IV)

According to the Measures for the Management of Organic Product Certification (AQSIQ No155Order), "Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification" (CNCA2014Year control11In accordance with the principle of orderly promotion and dynamic adjustment, combined with the actual needs of organic product production and the opinions and suggestions of relevant aspects, and by the technical review of the experts of the China Organic Product Certification Working Group, the "Organic Product Certification Supplement Catalogue (IV)" is now published (Annex1).

Since the date of this announcement, the organic product certification body may accept the application for organic product certification of the products in the new Organic Product Certification Catalogue (hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue). Need pilot product (wolfberry)The pilot period starts from the date of this announcement and ends on the date when the pilot products are officially listed in the Catalogue. In accordance with the principles of voluntary application by enterprises and recommendation by provincial quality inspection departments and certification bodies, pilot certification bodies and enterprises have been determined (annex2). Before the end of the pilot period, only the pilot certification bodies and production units shall carry out certification under the organization and guidance of the CNCA. Prior to the certification of organic products, pilot enterprises must not sell products as organic products, and must not conduct misleading propaganda.
