Issue selling due to fake bot accounts winning then cancelling order immediately

I’m selling a phone and have noticed bids from recently created accounts with 0 feedback are bidding to win then seem to auto cancel the order as soon as the auction ends. Any way around this? 2nd chance offer not available on order.

How is it possible to have a negative earning on a listing? eBay takes a percentage so it should never be a negative number by my last listing my earning was -14 cents. Something is wrong with the formula.

Handling Time Default Setting?

It seems to me there used to be a universal default for handling business days in Shipping Preferences. Does it still exist somewhere? Or do you have to set up a Business Policy for each shipper?
