China FAW Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as FAW) is a large state-owned automobile enterprise group. Formerly known as the First Automobile Factory, it is one of the key construction projects of the national "One Five" plan. In 1953, the foundation was laid, and in 1956, it was completed and put into production and produced the first truck of New China (Liberation brand), and in 1958, the first car of New China (Dongfeng brand) and the first luxury car (Red Flag brand). The completion of FAW created the history of new China's automobile industry.

After 70 years of development, China FAW has established five production bases in Northeast China, North China, East China, South China and Southwest China, built a global R&D layout, and has Hongqi, Jiefang, Pentium and other independent brands and Volkswagen (Audi), Toyota and other joint venture brands, with a cumulative production and sales of more than 57 million vehicles, ranking the first camp in China's automotive industry.
