Siping Daily News (reporter Chang Xinyue) On May 17, the "Jilin · Siping Manchu Cultural Tourism Festival" hosted by the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Siping Municipal People's Government, and hosted by the City's Cultural Radio and Television and Tourism Bureau was opened in Siping Heroes Square. Vice Mayor Wang Baizhong attended the event and announced the opening of the Jilin Siping Manchu Cultural Tourism Festival.
More than 1000 people from the provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Changchun City, Liaoyuan City, Baishan City, Songyuan City, Tonghua City, Gongzhuling City, Changbai Mountain Management Committee and other municipal cultural and tourism bureau leaders, county (city) district government leaders, cultural and tourism bureau leaders and people from all walks of life attended the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, the Manchu cheongsam performance, Tai Chi group performance and square dance contest selection activities were held. At the same time, in the tourism exhibition area, from 58 travel-related business enterprises exhibited 8 categories of special products including food, drinks, alcohol, food seasoning, electronics, bamboo and wood products, crafts, souvenirs, etc., which made people dizzyingly rich, attracting many citizens to stop to watch, consult and buy.
This tourism festival is not only a grand event to strengthen cultural exchanges and deepen tourism cooperation, but also a new starting point for resource sharing, mutual benefit and common development.
