CSR Puzhen Bombardier Transportation Systems Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Canada's Bombardier and China CSR Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Co., LTD., two major transportation giants, established in 2014. Now, the company has decided to implement IFS applications to support its key business processes such as manufacturing, supply chain, project management, finance and human resources.
Amir Levin, General Manager of the Company, said, "We strongly believe that IFS can deliver a comprehensive system that enables us to achieve integration and transparency of information across the enterprise, and enables management to make timely decisions to support our day-to-day operations and future business growth plans." The IFS system will be implemented by the end of March next year and put into use with the company's production work starting April 1.
With the IFS system, CSR Puzhen Bombardier Transportation Systems will create a complete value chain with complete information transparency, from design, engineering, procurement, resource management, sales, maintenance and after-sales support.
