Today, I want to talk about the origin of Industry 4.0, the second is to talk about what is Industry 4.0, and then talk about Made in China 2025, and to introduce to you the so-called industry 4.0 application factory, this goal is far from being reached.

Industry 4.0 is the addition of networks built by wireless services and standard protocols, which will sooner or later become important communication channels between people and machines and products. To make it fast, efficient and intelligent product supply, when was Industry 4.0 proposed? It was first proposed in Hannover in April 2011, on October 2, 2012, a working group was established, on November 2011, a working group was established, on October 2, 2012, a proposal for the implementation of the future project "Industry 4.0" was submitted to the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, and three authoritative associations established this platform, in December 2013, A global "Industry 4.0" standardization roadmap was released, in April 2014, the Industry 4.0 Institute issued a white paper, and in April 2014, an Industry 4.0 demonstration system was displayed at the Hannover Messe.

What is called Industry 4.0, we call as the fourth industrial revolution, we want in the beginning, before the steam engine has not been invented, everyone's products have a variety of industrialization, including the Queen of England's carriage, are different, according to your personal requirements to make. It was very inefficient at that time, and the production cycle was very long, until around 1900, when a sub-industrial revolution, a sub-industrial revolution, which mechanized our production, greatly increased productivity, and also increased complexity, but the personalization was slowly lost, and you see this red line, this is personalized production, Personalized production is reduced.

The Third Industrial Revolution was in 1974 in a German county, on the edge of the Black Forest, invented an editable controller, which used information technology to automate production, and from this time as a starting point, it can be said that the third Industrial Revolution began. From the previous cases, the time of each industrial revolution has been shortened, from the industrial revolution proposed in 1970 to the present industry 4.0, almost half a century, almost a century before.

What is Industry 4.0, we have two major themes in the standard sense, there are many people in theory to expand a lot, expand into four themes, this is not biased, it is in principle smart factory and intelligent production, one is to study the intelligent production process, the other is to make enterprise production, logistics management, human-machine interaction, 3D printing and so on more intelligent.

There are three other visions, one is products, facilities and management, products to integrate dynamic digital memory, sensing and communication capabilities, carrying all kinds of necessary information needed throughout their supply chain and life cycle, and now sensors are becoming cheaper and cheaper, making Industry 4.0 possible, which was previously impossible in terms of cost. This requires a sensor in every object, and there are currently products that are unnecessary, such as food production.

Facilities are integrated across the entire production value chain and can be self-organized and automatically organized for flexible production processes. Industry 4.0 is from smart factory to intelligent production, in the industrial cutting-edge cluster, small and medium-sized automation, electrical and electronic technology enterprises to work together, so as to achieve closer to industry 4.0.

The so-called Industry 4.0 in Germany is to talk about CPS, which emphasizes the feedback between physical processes and information, and is not a new thing, and Lee E. of the University of California in 2008 pointed out in his technical report. From the point of view of automation technology, CPS is an engineering system, and this is a core.

Through the information physical system, the network that we often emphasize is linked, through the manufacturing of intelligent products is three ports, the second is the application platform of the smart factory is the production end, I can say that there is no enterprise in the world to achieve the integration of these three ports, even if the current smart factory, now there is no one to fully realize the requirements of industry 4.0. In addition to the production aspects mentioned just now, it also involves various fields of economy and culture, including sports, security, engineering and education in various fields can be applied in this respect, but these are all visions. CPS is to achieve horizontal inheritance through the value chain, and now it has reached a certain degree in vertical integration, but it has not met the requirements in horizontal integration.

We will promote cooperation in mobile Internet, Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data. In that place, the model of the future Industry 4.0 was displayed.

The so-called Made in China 2025, which was released in 2015, the main stipulated goal is a three-step plan to achieve the status of a manufacturing country by 2025, to have a significant improvement, and the integration of the two steps to a new level. By 2035, it will reach the status of a world power and be second only to the United States, Germany and Japan in terms of manufacturing power. By 2049 or 2050, to enter a camp of world manufacturing powers, to lead the world and become a world manufacturing power, this is the main strategic goal of China's manufacturing 2025.

There are five key projects, one is the National Manufacturing innovation China Construction project, intelligent manufacturing engineering, industrial strong base engineering, green manufacturing engineering, high-end equipment innovation project.

The main content is to carry out integrated innovation and engineering application of the integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing equipment, develop intelligent products and autonomous and controllable intelligent devices, build smart factories and digital workshops in key areas, implement demonstration and application promotion, and build intelligent manufacturing network platform.

Including our time, 2020 and 2025 can not be shot out of the head, and it is also a big concept. The new generation of information technology, high-end CNC machine tools and robots, aerospace equipment, Marine engineering equipment and high-tech communication, advanced rail transit equipment, are the five outstanding areas, which is to be broken through. This is what we are currently advocating by The State Council, and it is also what we want to achieve in terms of Industry 4.0.

Talk about some of the application factories of Industry 4.0, here I want to declare that although the application of industry 4.0 is more advanced, but far from meeting the requirements of Industry 4.0, I listed some Chinese and foreign enterprises, including Siemens, Haier, BMW and so on, I have to show you the current situation.

This is Siemens, popular factories have to visit its factories, and then they have to limit the number of people and the batch of visits, which is very difficult to visit and contact. Siemens believes that there are three major needs in the manufacturing industry, namely, improving production efficiency, shortening the time to market of products, increasing the flexibility of manufacturing, and constantly enriching data in all aspects of research and development, production and logistics. Real-time storage in a data platform, the platform can be updated in real time, is the control system and supply system implementation system interconnection, called Siemens PLM software, through virtualized product design, to achieve seamless information interconnection, the use of manufacturing execution system and fully integrated automation solutions, the product and production life cycle integration, shorten the product time to market. This is to seize the rapidity, to occupy the market. The design also gives the plant the flexibility to meet the production mix of different products and to plan for future capacity adjustments. This is the production mode. In addition, BMW is also building automotive industry 4.0 - smart factory and smart workshop, BMW workshop in Shenyang is relatively model, especially the manufacturing XI market, is a very model factory, if you have time, interested can go to visit, the robot in the heat recovery technology can save more than 7.8 million KWH of electricity. The coating link of Haoneng has achieved 30% water saving, energy saving, 40%, and 20% emission reduction, and the production efficiency of the high-speed stamping machine in BMW Brilliance Tiexi plant has increased by more than 70% and energy saving by more than 50%.

Amazon's warehouse robot is also a model of intelligent warehouse logistics, this robot is used to move the shelves of inventory, employees no longer need to find goods between the shelves full of goods, intelligent warehouse I will not talk about.

There is also a Haier Industry 4.0, especially the Shenyang refrigerator interconnection factory, which is also a demonstration factory, the staffing has been reduced by 50%, the single-line production capacity has been increased from 1 million units to 1.8 million units, and the output per unit area has been increased from 50 units/flat to 100 units/flat. Order lead time reduced from 15 days to 7 days. Haier builds U+ intelligent platform, which is also a goal to be achieved in the future of industry 4.0, this is a smart ecological service circle of Haier, I will not talk more.
