Xiamen, China
Xiamen City referred to as Egret Island or Xiagang, Ming Dynasty called Jiahe Yu, is one of the 15 sub-provincial cities of the People's Republic of China, one of the five planned cities. Xiamen is one of the first four special economic zones in China to implement the policy of opening up to the outside world, and one of the five national comprehensive supporting reform pilot zones for development and opening up (the "New Special Zone"). It is a cross-Straits regional financial service center, southeast international shipping center, mainland trade center with Taiwan, and cross-Straits cooperation demonstration zone for emerging industries and modern service industries. At the same time, Xiamen area is included in the "China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone", one of the first four pilot free trade zones in China, and the largest area. Xiamen is located in the southeast of China, which belongs to the southern Fujian region. It borders Quanzhou City in the northeast and Zhangzhou City in the southwest. The springs, Zhangzhou and Xiamen are called the Golden Triangle of southern Fujian. Xiamen is also a modern international port scenic tourist city, with a 5A scenic spot - Gulangyu Island. Former US President Richard Nixon once praised Xiamen as the "Hawaii of the East".

Approved by The State Council of the People's Republic of China and organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, CIFIT is the only global event in China to promote two-way investment and the integration of transnational capital and projects. It is also the world's largest and most influential investment expo certified by the Association of the International Exhibition Industry (UFI). During the exhibition, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China will host an "International Investment Forum". Dozens of seminars on hot issues of "bringing in" and "going out" investment will be held by relevant state departments; The CIFIT Organizing Committee will organize activities such as "China International Sister City Cooperation Forum", "Capital Forum" and "International Friendship Chamber of Commerce Roundtable". Xiamen Overseas Property Investment Immigration Exhibition will rely on the China International Fair for Investment and Trade as a platform with the theme of "Overseas Property, land investment, study abroad immigration", and will be held in Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 7-11, 2015.
