Working principle of spring cone crusher:
The working part of the spring cone crusher is two truncated cones, one is a fixed cone (also known as the outer cone), and the other is a moving cone (also known as the inner cone). In the section where the moving cone is close to the fixed cone, the material there is squeezed, impinged and bent by the moving cone and becomes a crushing chamber. At the place where the moving cone deviates from the fixed cone, the material that has been broken is discharged from the bottom of the cone under the action of its own weight to become a discharge port, and the material is loaded from the feed port. When the crusher works, the motor through the horizontal shaft and a pair of bevel gear drive eccentric shaft sleeve rotation, the crushing cone axis line in the eccentric shaft sleeve forced to do rotary pendulum movement, so that the surface of the crushing wall is sometimes close to and sometimes leave the surface of the rolling wall, so that the ore in the crushing chamber is constantly squeezed and bent and broken.
